After submitting your trip application, we will review it on a first-come, first-served basis. If you receive an invoice, you must sign and pay the deposit within 24 hours to secure your spot. Otherwise, your spot will be released to the next person in line. Keep an eye on your email (including your spam folder) for updates. If you do not complete the process within 24 hours, your application will expire, and you’ll be placed on the waitlist. Once your deposit is paid and your spot is confirmed, you’re officially on the trip! Once the trip is fully booked, we’ll start a group text with all participants for your trip date so everyone can connect and ask questions. Additionally, you’ll be scheduled for a 1-on-1 call with a team leader to discuss any questions or details about the trip. The group text and 1-on-1 call are usually set up about four weeks before the trip *

PARTICIPANT-INITIATED CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Wild & Grit at least 30 days before the trip date. The total amount paid (deposit or full payment) will be held as a credit toward future trips, valid for up to 1 year from the date of issuance. Credits expire after 1 year. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the trip date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any balance payments as a cancellation fee. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION : If Wild & Grit must cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, fires, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen emergencies), participants will have the option to: Receive a full credit for a future trip, with no additional payment required. Opt for a full refund of the amount paid. NO REFUNDS ONCE TRIP BEGINS: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the trip after it begins. This includes instances where participants choose to leave the trip early or are removed from the trip. Trip prices are inclusive package costs, and refunds or credits are not available for unused services. *
